Kid-E-Shack Operation Policies

PROCEDURE FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES:  In an emergency, Kid-E-Shack will dial 911.  Emergency release information authorized medical attention will accompany your child to the emergency room of the hospital deemed most appropriate by emergency medical first responders.

PROCEDURE FOR PARENTS NOTIFICATIONS:

1. EMERGENCIES: You will be contacted by phone at the number you list on the sign-in sheet.  Kid-E-Shack staff will access all phone numbers listed on you child’s TDPRS approval enrollment form until contact is made.
2. POLICY CHANGES: In the event Kid-E-Shack amends or makes a change(s) to it’s operational policies, you will be notified upon your first visit to the center after amendment or change has taken affect.

DISCIPLINE AND GUIDANCE POLICY:  Kid-E-Shack uses positive reinforcement and redirection as it’s discipline and guidance policy.  Kid-E-Shack maintains compliance with TDPRS approved discipline methods.

PROCEDURE FOR VIEWING TDPRE MINIMUM STANDARDS AND INSPECTION REPORT:
You may ask a staff member for either of these required documents at anytime.  The Inspection Report will be posted on the bulletin board behind the reception  center.
